| Park’s total 700,000 square feet recently completed. Built in keeping with the tenets of Green Building Development, and with all buildings designed to be LEED Certified, the 70-acre Business Park will have minimal impact on the environment and maximum impact on local employment.
The Park includes flex/industrial space, and corporate and regional headquarters buildings. It is estimated that the Business Park will employ more than 1,000 workers upon completion.
